Features of the Petromax Ladle Olive Wood

• The 60 ml ladle is suitable not only for serving soups and stews. Thanks to the long handle, it will help you scoop water from a source or pour tea evenly for the members of your group.
• Does not damage non-stick coating — whether artificial or natural. Wood is a soft material, so even intense rubbing will not leave scratches on cookware.
• Made from environmentally friendly material, safe for health and the environment.
• Carved from a solid piece of wood, following its grain structure to minimize the risk of breakage.
• The wood is thoroughly dried to prevent cracks.
• The surface is coated with oil-wax , a safe food-grade preservative that gives the wood a silky texture.
• Olive wood does not absorb flavors and odors it does not react with the acids and alkalis found in food. However, watch out for foods with staining properties (tomato juice, paprika, red wine) that can leave stains.
• To refresh the finish, occasionally rub the item with a small amount of high-quality olive oil.
• The leather loop makes it convenient to hang the ladle on the hook of a Petromax tripod, stove, or Dutch oven table.
• Petromax utensils are made from so-called rescued wood , felled trees that have finished their life cycle in agriculture.
• Because of the natural material, the texture of each piece is unique. The handle carries a subtle engraving of the brand logo.
• Handmade product, made in Germany.

Attention! Do not leave the ladle in a pot with food or in the sink — prolonged contact with moisture can cause cracks. Wash by hand only, using mild dish soap if needed. After washing, wipe the item with a towel or let it air dry.

The brand's history began in 1910, when Berlin inventor Max Graetz designed and put into production a high-pressure kerosene lamp known as the Petromax HK500. Since then two world wars and quite a few revolutions have passed. The company has changed: Petromax became experts in camping and grill equipment, creating a comprehensive collection of cookware, portable stoves and accessories. The range has expanded, but the brand has not betrayed its principle of creating modern classics.

Petromax gives a new, progressive voice to traditions that have prevailed in European kitchens for centuries. Energy-efficient wood stoves give freedom from fossil fuels. Cast-iron cookware serves for generations and is therefore eco-friendly. Every tool is multifunctional, which helps avoid overconsumption.

Petromax speaks of hedonism the German way. When pleasure comes not only from nature and tasty food but also from the equipment – professionally engineered and flawlessly made. There is nothing superfluous in the brand's range. The products complement and improve one another, making cooking over fire a safe, convenient and varied experience.
